Electrical Project Manager – High‑rise Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical delivery on a landmark high‑rise residential development in Galway. You will work on a large‑scale, high‑spec project, supported by experienced senior staff who are committed to your professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all electrical aspects on site, including technical submittals and RFIs.
• Coordinate labour, materials, sub‑contractors and commissioning programmes.
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery of electrical works on a high‑rise residential build.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ experience delivering electrical projects on large commercial or industrial builds.
• Experience with a reputable M&E contractor is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical submittals, RFIs, commissioning and site coordination.
• Willingness to travel for project‑based work, with potential assignments in Limerick, the Midlands or Dublin after the Galway project.
