EMEA Global Sourcing & Supply Manager

About the role

As an EMEA Global Sourcing & Supply Manager, you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies that connect Apple products to customers across the region. You will manage outsourced repair centre and manufacturing services, ensuring cost‑effective, compliant, and high‑quality supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse cost drivers and commercial impacts of outsourced repair centre operations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing templates and activity‑based pricing with suppliers.
• Develop market intelligence and logistics commodity knowledge to shape long‑term strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier solutions with operational requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations and best practices.
• Drive quarterly business reviews, cost‑reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Oversee qualification, selection and contracting of repair centre and manufacturing services for EMEIA.

Required profile

• Minimum BA/BS with 3+ years in repair centre or manufacturing procurement.
• Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation experience.
• Advanced Excel, Numbers and Keynote proficiency.
• Ability to synthesize data quickly and present findings to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
