EMEA International Growth Consultant, Large Customer Sales

About the role

Google is looking for an International Growth Consultant to partner with its largest EMEA customers. In this strategic sales position you will help leading businesses define growth strategies, prioritize markets, and design go‑to‑market plans that leverage Google’s advertising and localization solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted, executive‑level relationships with customers and agency partners across a complex, matrixed environment.
• Identify business needs, translate them into actionable advertising solutions, and develop investment proposals linked to specific value levers.
• Deliver quantitative and qualitative insights that generate commercial opportunities and measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with internal sellers, product teams, and the Global Business Organization to shape the future of advertising in the AI era.
• Present compelling stories and data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, business development, or strategy consulting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage executive‑level relationships in a multinational setting.
• Experience with retail, e‑commerce, or omnichannel businesses is preferred.
