Employment Lawyer (Dublin)

About the role

A&L Goodbody's market-leading employment practice group, one of the largest dedicated employment practices in Ireland, is hiring an Employment Lawyer for its Dublin office. The group advises Ireland's largest employers on HR and industrial relations matters, crisis management and contentious and non-contentious cases, working with in-house counsel, HR and ER departments, senior management and corporate boards. The successful applicant will join the dynamic Employment Practice Group in Dublin and work with all levels of the team.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm.
• Self-motivated and outcome focused.
• Collaborative team player able to thrive in a dynamic, intellectually rigorous environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to present at client seminars, conferences and workshops.
• Interest in legal knowledge, learning and development, and business development initiatives.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, drive innovation and change, and influence diverse teams of senior individuals.
