About the role
We are partnering with leading Irish law firms in Dublin to recruit Associate and Senior Associate lawyers for their Energy & Infrastructure practices. The role involves working on high‑value renewable energy, utilities, PPP and infrastructure projects across Ireland and internationally.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on energy and infrastructure projects, including renewables, utilities, and development work.
- Structure and negotiate project finance and structured finance transactions.
- Handle infrastructure M&A, joint ventures, and investment matters.
- Draft and manage construction and development contracts.
- Provide regulatory and advisory support across the energy sector.
Required profile
- 1–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a leading or mid‑tier private practice.
- Background in banking/finance, corporate/M&A or construction law.
- Strong interest or exposure to energy, infrastructure or projects work.
- Commercial mindset with ambition to specialise in the sector.
