Enterprise Account Director – Sales Solutions (French)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking an Enterprise Account Director for its Sales Solutions team in Dublin. This senior position focuses on expanding the existing client base, driving adoption of Sales Navigator, and delivering measurable ROI for large enterprises. The role operates in a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office days as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate the value of Sales Navigator, demonstrate ROI, and expand usage across users, departments, or subsidiaries.
• Champion adoption of new capabilities, including AI‑driven features, to deepen customer outcomes.
• Own end‑to‑end commercial motions: forecasting, territory planning, pipeline development, deal strategy, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, pipeline coverage, and data‑driven cadences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as CSMs, Pricing, Marketing, and Product Development.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement (C‑suite/SVP) to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals.
• Represent LinkedIn at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong strategic social‑selling expertise and ability to act as a trusted adviser.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in French, to educate prospects on product value.
• Track record of accurate forecasting and risk mitigation.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
