Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. Working on‑site, you will support the reliability of electro‑mechanical equipment through routine maintenance, troubleshooting and training.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and feeder maintenance, including repairs and data tracking.
• Train employees on the operation and maintenance of machinery and coordinate activities of maintenance assistants.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in non‑functioning electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, manuals or sketches.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to conduct equipment check‑outs.
• Comply with company security policies and safety practices, and work overtime when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate degree in electronics (or equivalent) with emphasis on servo positioning theory.
• 0‑2 years of experience with electro‑mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic mathematics and understanding of electronic color codes and component markings.
• Familiarity with Windows PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email) and specialized maintenance tracking programs.
