EUC Architect – Endpoint Services Lead

About the role

The EUC Architect will design and modernise endpoint services for a leading global retailer. Working from Dublin, you will shape large‑scale end‑user computing transformation, ensuring security, compliance and an excellent user experience across stores, offices and distribution centres.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own end‑to‑end EUC architecture across Windows, macOS, mobile and EPOS platforms.
• Lead transition and transformation initiatives, including cloud‑based device management and digital workplace technologies.
• Design and implement modern device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Autopilot.
• Drive endpoint security, compliance and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with CIOs, senior IT leadership and business stakeholders to align EUC strategy with business outcomes.
• Provide continuous service improvement through analytics, monitoring tools and automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering EUC architecture and large‑scale transformation projects.
• Strong background in endpoint management for Windows, macOS, mobile and retail‑specific systems (EPOS).
• Ability to work with senior IT leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑technology retail environment.
