Executive Assistant & HR Support for Renewable Energy Firm

About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant who will also provide HR support for our fast‑growing renewable‑energy business in Ireland. The role combines senior‑level administrative assistance to the CEO, CFO and leadership team with end‑to‑end employee‑lifecycle administration.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative support to the CEO, CFO and executive team, including correspondence, calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Organise board and senior leadership meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
- Oversee office operations, facilities, supplier relationships and coordinate company events and off‑sites.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, contract administration, off‑boarding and maintenance of HR records in compliance with GDPR.
- Administer recruitment processes, draft job ads, schedule interviews and liaise with recruitment agencies.
- Handle employee benefits, leave tracking, absence reporting and produce HR reports for management.
- Support the finance team with report preparation, board packs, processing invoices, purchase orders and expense claims, and maintain audit‑ready financial filing systems.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end administrative tasks and maintain supplier and contractor records.
Required profile
- Professional, discreet and confident communicator comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in office management, HR administration and basic finance support.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity tools.
- Familiarity with HR information systems and GDPR data‑protection requirements.
- Knowledge of basic accounting processes such as invoice handling and expense claim processing.
