Fin, a fast‑growing AI Customer Agent company, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. This role offers the chance to work closely with strategic leaders in a dynamic, high‑performance environment, helping them focus on the most critical business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, high‑volume calendars, reprioritising as needed to align with leaders’ evolving demands.
• Coordinate global travel arrangements, delivering clear itineraries and a seamless experience.
• Organise leadership and departmental events, including off‑sites and meetings.
• Process expenses and reimbursements promptly and accurately.
• Handle personal tasks on behalf of the leaders you support.
• Experiment with AI‑powered productivity tools to improve efficiency for yourself and the leadership team.
• Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure coverage during absences and to deliver cross‑team projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
