Experienced Data Operations Analyst

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is expanding its Data Strategy and Operations organisation within Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The role is based in either Cork, Ireland or Leiden, Netherlands and focuses on delivering trusted data to support product launch and supply activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, create and maintain master data elements such as Material Master, BOM/Recipes and Production Versions in SAP ECC and related workflow systems.
• Execute impact analyses and feasibility studies for change requests to ensure optimal material planning, production, finance and release processes.
• Monitor day‑to‑day master data management operations and data‑quality processes.
• Lead small to mid‑size projects aimed at improving data quality, timeliness, cost and effort.
• Develop and implement automated workflow and intelligent‑automation solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in master data management within a supply‑chain or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct impact analyses and feasibility studies.
• Experience leading small to medium projects and working with cross‑functional teams.
• Good understanding of regulated and compliant data environments.
