About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for an Experienced Scientist to join the Biotherapeutics R&D team in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland. The position focuses on protein‑based therapeutic stability, delivering stability strategies and studies that support the product lifecycle from early development through clinical phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, interpretation and reporting of protein stability studies.
• Develop and implement stability strategies for protein‑based therapeutics across the product lifecycle.
• Provide technical direction and ensure high‑quality data generation for analytical development activities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and author regulatory dossiers to support CMC and clinical submissions.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert in protein stability, guiding project teams and contributing to regulatory filings.

Required profile

• Experienced scientist with a strong background in protein stability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analytical development projects.
• Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and regulatory dossier preparation.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality data for CMC and clinical programs.
