Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for HR queries, delivering timely and accurate information.
• Support the HR capability centre by facilitating knowledge exchange and best‑practice sharing.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of HR processes that enhance employee experience.
• Promote continuous learning and development within the HR community.
• Collaborate with DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR service delivery or employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
