About the role
We are looking for motivated outside sales professionals to join Access Healthcare. The role starts as a Business Developer and offers a clear, fast‑track path to Account Manager and leadership positions.
Key responsibilities
- Own a territory, prospect new clients and build relationships.
- Generate leads, conduct outreach calls and meetings, and close deals.
- Deliver measurable sales results that drive personal promotions and company growth.
- Collaborate with coaching and support teams to meet structured milestones.
Required profile
- 1–5 years experience in outbound sales roles such as BDR, SDR, telesales or lead generation.
- Goal‑oriented, ambitious and eager to accelerate career progression.
- Strong communication, negotiation and pipeline management abilities.
Required skills
- Outbound prospecting and cold‑calling.
- Lead qualification and pipeline management.
What we offer
- Average total compensation of €45 K+ in the first year, €66 K+ in the second year, with uncapped commissions.
