Feasibility Manager

About the role

Primark is looking for a Feasibility Manager to lead commercial and feasibility activities for new store developments across multiple European markets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies and produce accurate cost estimates for new store projects.
• Conduct technical appraisals of potential locations, negotiate with developers and shopping centre owners, and ensure handovers meet Primark’s operational standards.
• Collaborate with Property, Construction, Finance and Design teams to meet governance deadlines and support Property Board approvals.
• Develop, maintain and benchmark construction cost databases and models, identifying savings through value engineering and procurement initiatives.
• Manage third‑party design and consultancy teams, ensuring contractual compliance, commercial competitiveness and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while promoting safety, operational excellence and innovative technologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in construction cost management, preferably within the retail sector.
• Proven knowledge of project delivery across planning, design, new build, fit‑out and refurbishment.
• Strong budgeting, cost estimating, scheduling and construction risk management skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
