Fencing Operator – North Cork & Limerick

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Fencing Operator to join a busy fencing contractor serving the North Cork and Limerick area. This long‑term, full‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in high‑quality workmanship, and thrives in a team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle agricultural fences according to project specifications.
• Operate tractors, farm machinery, jeeps and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Perform general fencing and groundwork duties, including site preparation and clean‑up.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
• Uphold high standards of workmanship and adhere to health‑and‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Full driving licence (essential) and preferably a Jeep/trailer licence.
• Competent tractor‑driving skills.
• Previous experience in fence erection or related agricultural work.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivation and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Team player with good communication abilities.
