Field Data Collection Specialist (Surveyor)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our field data collection team as Surveyors. You will walk designated routes across various European locations, using a camera‑equipped backpack to capture visual and geo‑referenced data that supports online mapping applications.

Key responsibilities

• Walk assigned areas (5‑6 hours daily) while operating a backpack‑mounted camera.
• Record high‑quality photos, videos, and audio of streets, buildings, and landmarks.
• Ensure data is captured within the defined geographic frames.
• Maintain accurate logs of locations visited and any observations.
• Communicate daily progress and any issues to the project coordinator.

Required profile

• Good physical condition to walk 5‑6 hours per day.
• Fluent English (minimum B1 level).
• Valid driver’s licence and eligibility to travel within Europe.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Ability to operate a camera‑equipped backpack and basic data‑capture tools.
