Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to deliver first‑class technical support for Landa’s Nanographic Printing presses, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong relationships with our growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer technical knowledge to press operators and resolve on‑site technical issues.
• Escalate complex problems to Landa’s worldwide teams for effective treatment.
• Apply technical expertise to maximise press production and productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in product support within the graphic arts industry for digital printers or offset presses.
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end inkjet systems and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel 60‑70 % of the time, including overnight trips.
• Flexible working hours, ability to work under remote supervision and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
