Field Service Technician

About the role

As a Field Service Technician at Endress+Hauser you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering high‑quality service and support for process instrumentation on customer sites. You will install, commission, calibrate, repair and troubleshoot equipment while providing training and ensuring safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, repairs, commissioning, calibration and troubleshooting of Endress+Hauser process instrumentation.
• Create timely service reports and complete work orders in Salesforce to expedite invoicing.
• Handle Smart Support cases via Vonnage cloud communication platform.
• Provide on‑site customer training on product operation and service.
• Maintain a stock of spare parts in your vehicle and manage spare‑part logistics.
• Identify and communicate customer feedback, sales and training opportunities through Salesforce and direct discussions with management.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum trade certificate in Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Relevant technical experience with industrial instrumentation; mechanical or electrical competence is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills, able to present information clearly.

Required skills

• Electrical & Instrumentation certification.
• Industrial instrumentation expertise.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for service reporting.
• Experience using Vonnage (cloud‑based communication platform).
