About the role
This position is responsible for designing and delivering high‑impact learning experiences for commercial field teams operating in complex healthcare and pharmaceutical environments. The role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring teams are equipped to navigate evolving payer landscapes and commercialization challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver foundational and advanced training programs for Market Access, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management field teams.
- Lead large‑scale and targeted training sessions, supporting senior training leadership.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify learning priorities aligned with product launches and access milestones.
- Design scalable learning solutions that reflect payer dynamics and business strategy.
- Collaborate with global commercial learning teams to ensure consistency across programs.
- Translate field needs into structured training interventions and learning pathways.
- Manage training logistics, timelines, and compliance with internal SOPs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, agencies, and cross‑functional partners to align training initiatives.
- Provide coaching, leadership development, and execution improvement support.
- Facilitate at least one in‑person training session during the contract period.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in training, learning, or development roles within pharma or biotech.
- 7‑10 years of overall commercial experience, preferably in Market Access, Payer environments, or Key Account Management.
- Proven track record in training delivery, learning strategy execution, and field launch readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed global organizations.
- Excellent communication with executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change, and drive results.
