Finance Business Partner – Up to €90k – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a growing finance team in the Monaghan area. This newly created position offers the chance to work closely with senior finance leaders, influence operational decisions and help shape the company’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning across multiple sites.
• Provide insightful financial analysis, KPI reporting and performance commentary to support strategic decisions.
• Identify and drive cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement initiatives, developing reporting tools to measure impact.
• Support capital investment projects through financial appraisal, spend tracking and post‑investment analysis.
• Analyse operational costs, product profitability and key performance drivers to improve margins and efficiency.
• Provide commercial finance support for pricing, tenders and business opportunities through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Build strong relationships across operations, commercial and supply‑chain functions, translating financial data into clear, actionable insight.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CTA (or strong QBE) with relevant commercial experience.
• Manufacturing background is an advantage.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities to support strategic decision‑making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
