Finance Lead

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Deliver high‑quality financial and regulatory reporting outputs.
• Analyse performance across revenue, expenditure, capital investment and cash flow, providing clear commentary.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand cost drivers and financial trends.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and embed guidelines into planning processes.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting and processes, including automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA/ACMA or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting principles.
• Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability.
