Finance Manager

About the role

We are recruiting a Finance Manager for a hospitality client based in Co Leitrim. Working closely with the General Manager and reporting directly to the owners, you will be a hands‑on accountant responsible for the entire finance function of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance to owners, the GM and department managers.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual management reports, maintain the general ledger, manage cash flow and perform reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure statutory compliance and manage Irish tax submissions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (or QBE) with at least 5 years in a senior accounting or management role.
• Experience in high‑volume transaction environments such as hospitality or retail.
• Minimum 3 years handling Irish tax compliance.
• Excellent communication and business‑partnering abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel proficiency.
