Finance Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Program Manager to lead and execute strategic finance projects within our Modern Finance transformation roadmap. The role is part of a designated Modern Finance Cluster and focuses on end‑to‑end delivery of standalone projects or broader programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex finance projects and programs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams globally.
• Own and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment with Modern Finance standards.
• Conduct discovery workshops with functional and planning partners to define project scope.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure underlying processes are fit for purpose, leading process mapping and documentation.
• Identify change impact, develop readiness and adoption plans, and coordinate change deliverables with Change SMEs.
• Determine resource needs, resolve constraints, and oversee resource allocation.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing status updates and supporting change management activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing finance‑related projects or programs.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently while seeking feedback when needed.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated risk‑management and issue‑resolution capabilities.
• Experience with change management and process improvement.
