Financial Analyst (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will work independently and asynchronously, supporting AI research labs by reviewing financial documents and improving the accuracy of financial models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess financial and business documents for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance evaluation projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine financial models and extract business insights.
• Deliver comprehensive analysis and reporting using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Meet project deadlines while working independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• 2+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and written communication abilities.
• Based in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe or Canada.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Word for reporting.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining financial models.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business data.
