Financial Operations Analyst

About the role

This position supports a fast‑paced global finance environment, handling end‑to‑end financial operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and reporting. Based in Ireland, you will work closely with account managers, legal and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial execution and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle financial operations, including AP, AR and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue monthly customer invoices in line with contracts and compliance standards.
• Process vendor invoices, coordinate purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
• Monitor AR/AP aging, cost structures and inventory movements to support decision‑making.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial reports, handle data uploads, reconciliations and system updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard vendors and enhance finance workflows and tools.
• Respond to internal and external finance inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 1 year in AP and AR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
