Finishing Foreman – Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to lead the finishing works on a large residential development of 230 houses and apartments in Drogheda. The role is permanent and will remain on site for the remaining 18 months of the project, with the possibility of moving to a next site in Drogheda or Navan.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe walkways and site routes.
• Oversee health and safety compliance across all activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor packages and ensure commercial scope is met.
• Monitor delivery targets and inspect on‑site work for quality.
• Produce weekly reports on project progress.
• Participate in daily coordination meetings.
• Manage on‑site contractors and supervise finishing trades.
• Control works, address fixes, and ensure proper handover.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card.
• Proven experience in residential building and construction.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Required skills

• CSCS certification.
