Freelance Writer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced freelance writer to help train AI chat‑bot models. You will create and edit content for the bots, evaluate their outputs, and provide feedback that improves model performance. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location in Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chat‑bots and review the generated content.
• Assess the quality, correctness, and logical flow of AI‑produced text.
• Identify errors, suggest improvements, and track model progress over time.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to refine training data and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Experience in writing, editing, or content development, preferably in communications or journalism.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
