French Content Moderator - Content Quality Reviewer

About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking Content Quality Specialist to ensure the integrity of user‑generated content and advertising on a large‑scale digital platform. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, applying community standards and advertiser policies while providing insights that enhance AI performance and operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct expert‑level reviews of French content and ads for policy compliance.
- Audit market‑specific queues and deliver clear, actionable quality insights.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and support continuous quality improvements.
- Collaborate with operational teams and external vendors to drive accuracy and remediation plans.
- Provide feedback to improve policy understanding and share knowledge across teams.
- Handle potentially graphic, sensitive, or disturbing material as part of daily tasks.
Required profile
- Fluency in written and spoken French; strong command of English.
- Analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, trust & safety, or policy review (early‑career candidates welcome).
- Completed degree or equivalent practical experience.
Required skills
- Data analysis exposure (e.g., dashboards, AI/LLM concepts) is a plus.
What we offer
- 11‑month fixed‑term contract, onsite in Dublin.
- Annual salary of €56,922 (pro‑rata).
