French Pro Exporter – Seller Account Manager

About the role

eBay is looking for a French Pro Exporter to join its Marketplace Growth team in Ireland. In this position you will act as the primary point of contact for strategic French‑speaking sellers, helping them grow their businesses on eBay’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned sellers, providing guidance and support.
• Analyse seller performance using internal CRM tools and recommend actions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct regular business reviews, health checks and weekly conversations to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist high‑value sellers with growth strategies, technical issues, billing, shipping programs and policy queries.
• Educate sellers on platform updates, new features and release rollouts.
• Collaborate with French and European teams and cross‑functional units to support export adoption and pilot programs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales or account‑management experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of e‑commerce business models and adaptability to changing needs.
• Fluency in English and French; must be based in the Republic of Ireland.
