French Speaking Account Manager (11-month Contract)

About the role

This 11‑month contract position is based in Ballsbridge, Dublin and focuses on helping small‑ and medium‑size businesses accelerate their digital transformation. You will join a global sales team that leverages AI‑powered tools to identify client needs, optimise sales strategies and deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of French‑speaking client accounts, consistently meeting sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities through strategic account planning and commercial insight.
• Use data‑driven insights and AI tools to provide tailored recommendations that support client growth.
• Educate clients on innovative products, demonstrating clear business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and solution‑based selling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, maintaining a strong pipeline in the CRM.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development with a proven track record.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments with a growth mindset.
• Strong customer‑centric and team‑focused approach, meeting deadlines and business objectives.
• Experience in data analysis, problem‑solving and strategic planning.
