French‑Speaking Sales Executive – Lease Consultant

About the role

MD7 is looking for a motivated French‑speaking Sales Executive, also referred to as a Lease Consultant, to join our Dublin team. You will be responsible for negotiating lease agreements for mobile network sites, guiding landlords from initial contact through to signed contracts, and contributing to the growth of our telecom portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and negotiate lease terms with landlords via phone and email.
• Research and review existing and prospective lease agreements using internal databases and software tools.
• Prepare and send professional proposal packages, both electronically and by post.
• Maintain accurate data records of all landlord interactions and contract details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and hand‑over.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2 level) with strong written and spoken abilities.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and self‑motivation.
• Effective time‑management and ability to work independently.
• Negotiation skills are a strong advantage.
