Frontend Software Engineer

About the role
Smartbox Group is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join its Dublin technology team. You will help build and enhance the digital experiences that millions of customers across Europe use to discover, purchase, and engage with real‑life experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer‑facing features that increase engagement and retention.
- Improve product experiences that enable users to discover, redeem, and interact with purchases across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and QA to design, build, and release well‑scoped features.
- Support experimentation, continuous improvement, and iterative enhancements.
- Work within a small, cross‑functional squad focused on post‑purchase customer journeys.
Required profile
- Passion for creating high‑quality frontend experiences for a large, international user base.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving, agile environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
