Full Stack Developer – Next.js & NestJS (3+ yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to own both frontend and backend development of modern web applications. You will work with Next.js on the client side and NestJS on the server side, focusing on scalability, security, performance, and developer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance web applications using Next.js and NestJS.
• Build accessible, pixel‑perfect UI components and translate UI/UX designs into reusable code.
• Create secure, scalable REST APIs and micro‑service‑based backend systems.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third‑party platforms, and real‑time data pipelines.
• Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and audit trails.
• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, reliability, and multi‑tenant scalability.
• Collaborate with product, security, DevOps, and other engineering teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with clear English communication.
• Startup mindset: self‑driven, adaptable, collaborative, and ownership‑oriented.
• Comfortable using AI developer tools such as Copilot or similar assistants.

Required skills

• Next.js (React 18+), TypeScript, JavaScript, React hooks, Context API, Zustand, React Query.
• Tailwind CSS, App Router (Next.js 14+), SSR/SSG.
• Node.js, NestJS, REST API development, GraphQL.
• PostgreSQL database design and query optimization.
• OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, multi‑tenant security patterns.
• AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SES, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager).
• Testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, unit & integration testing.
• Build tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
• Git workflows, pull‑request reviews, CI/CD pipelines.
