Full Stack Software Engineer II - React and Java

About the role

Mastercard Payment Gateway Service is seeking a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer II to join its agile team. You will work on customer‑facing solutions that combine React front‑end expertise with Java/Spring‑Boot back‑end development, helping to shape the future of digital payments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using React.
• Contribute to back‑end services with Java, Spring, JPA and relational databases.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and visually appealing applications.
• Implement reusable, maintainable front‑end components and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Work closely with product, QA and other cross‑functional teams to align development with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5 years of front‑end development experience with a solid understanding of back‑end concepts.
• Proven ability to build complex web applications from scratch.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
