Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Enel X is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help shape the future of energy. You will design, build, and deliver end‑to‑end features across the full technology stack, from responsive TypeScript front‑ends to scalable Node.js back‑ends on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive frontend applications using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular or Vue).
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs with Node.js and TypeScript, ensuring clean architecture, performance and scalability.
• Integrate frontend interfaces with AWS cloud components such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2, RDS, Kinesis and S3.
• Own features from conception through production deployment and ongoing support.
• Write well‑documented, tested, and maintainable code following architectural standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers in a Scrum environment.
• Mentor less‑experienced team members and contribute ideas for technical improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a comparable field.
• 6–10 years of professional software development experience with a balanced track record in both frontend and backend development using TypeScript.
• Strong hands‑on experience building backend services and RESTful APIs with Node.js.
• Proficiency in frontend development with TypeScript, HTML, CSS and at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular or Vue).
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2, RDS, Kinesis, S3).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
