Full‑time Driver – 37.5 hrs/week

About the role

Compass Group Ireland is seeking a dedicated Driver to support daily operations across its sites. This full‑time position works 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and offers the chance to develop a career within a company that values its people and promotes diversity.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, clean and maintain all company vehicles to meet required standards.
• Ensure compliance with current transport legislation and safety regulations.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by consistently putting the customer first.

Required profile

• Valid full Irish driving licence (provisional licences are not accepted).
• Can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn and go the extra mile for customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
