About the role

Join Sprout’s restaurant in Cork as a full‑time Team Member. You will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, helps keep the venue running smoothly, and supports the team in delivering great food and service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ingredient prep and topping stations.
• Operate the till and serve customers, ensuring accurate orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized dining and back‑of‑house environment.
• Follow checklists to guarantee dishes meet quality standards.
• Support food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Learn the menu thoroughly to recommend dishes confidently.
