General Manager – HR Function, HSE Dublin & South East

About the role

The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a General Manager for its HR Function covering the Dublin and South East health region. This permanent, whole‑time position will be assigned to a service role at the discretion of the Regional Director of People, operating from either the Iveagh Building in Carrickmines, Dublin 18 or the Kilkenny office.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake a service role within the HR Function as directed by the Regional Director of People.

Required profile

• Open to both internal HSE and external applicants.
• Must be able to work on‑site at one of the two designated HSE offices.
