General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead operational and commercial performance at our client’s Cork facility. The role spans multiple sectors—including healthcare, hospitality, cleanroom, ICS, and pest control—and focuses on driving innovation, efficiency, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop cross‑functional teams across production, distribution, and customer service.
• Champion a proactive health & safety culture and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Drive performance through KPIs, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and strong leadership.
• Shape and deliver strategic business objectives.
• Own site budgets, P&L, and operational planning.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required profile

• Proven success as a Senior Operations Manager or in a comparable high‑impact leadership role.
• Strong operational, financial, commercial, and strategic expertise.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for safety, sustainability, and delivering excellence.
