NPD Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an NPD Coordinator to join a leading Irish food manufacturer that is investing heavily in growth and innovation. Working within a collaborative Commercial team, you will manage the end‑to‑end New Product Development pipeline, turning concepts into successful market launches.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple NPD projects from concept through to launch, ensuring timelines and milestones are achieved.
• Manage project plans, critical paths and stage‑gate processes.
• Build strong relationships across Commercial, Technical, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales teams while supporting customer requirements throughout the development process.
• Coordinate product specifications, supplier information, product samples and factory trials.
• Support successful product launches through effective project management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve ways of working.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years' experience coordinating projects within FMCG, food manufacturing, retail or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in New Product Development or Innovation.
• Strong technical understanding with excellent customer‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• A dynamic, proactive problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively and driving projects forward.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; ERP or project management system experience is advantageous.
