General Operative – Flexible Shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)

About the role

Dawn Farms is seeking General Operatives to join its production teams at the Naas plant. The role involves working on a variety of shifts – morning, evening or night – to support the manufacturing of cooked meat, plant‑based ingredients and fermented products. You will help maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and health & safety.

Key responsibilities

• Clean tools, equipment and work surfaces according to SOPs.
• Pack, prepare and dispatch meat products.
• Palletise finished goods for shipment.
• Perform production line tasks while adhering to hygiene and food‑safety measures.
• Follow company health and safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Team‑player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working with meat in a chilled environment.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and health‑safety conscious.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently when required.
• Flexible to meet the needs of the business.
