General Operative – Food Manufacturing (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable General Operative to join a busy food manufacturing facility in Dunmanway, Co. Cork. You will work in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, supporting the production of high‑quality food products for major retail and foodservice customers.

Key responsibilities

• Packing and labelling finished products
• Weighing and preparing ingredients for production runs
• Supporting production line operations and equipment
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the production area
• Assisting with goods handling, palletising and warehouse tasks
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Following all food safety and health‑and‑safety procedures

Required profile

• Reliable transport or ability to commute to Dunmanway
• Valid right to work in Ireland
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
• Team‑oriented, flexible and adaptable

What we offer

• Hourly rate of €14.15 – €15.50 depending on experience
• Full‑time permanent contract
• Shift patterns: 7:00 am‑2:00 pm or 2:15 pm‑10:30 pm, with flexibility as needed
