About the role
We are looking for a reliable General Operator to join our manufacturing team in Spiddal, Galway. The role is a day‑shift position focused on supporting our lean production system and maintaining high quality standards in a cleanroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Breakdown Sheets (JBSs).
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Carry out asset care on equipment and set up machines for specific jobs.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Adhere to GMP and quality standards for cleanroom production.
- Observe gowning procedures and maintain a clean, safe workplace (5S).
- Uphold Integer Ireland Limited behavioural standards.
Required profile
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Reliable time‑keeping, attendance and performance record.
- Well‑organized with good interpersonal abilities.

- Basic PC skills
