General Operator – Evening Shift

About the role

Integer Ireland Limited is seeking a General Operator for the evening shift at its Spiddal, Galway facility. The role supports a world‑class lean manufacturing system, ensuring production runs smoothly while meeting strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Breakdown Sheets (JBSs).
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Set up machines and care for equipment in job‑specific areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Comply with GMP, cleanroom, and gowning procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment using 5S principles.
• Adhere to Integer Ireland Limited’s behavioural and quality standards.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Conscientious with strong attention to detail.
• Quality‑focused and able to follow SOPs and documentation processes.
• Reliable timekeeping, attendance, and performance record.
• Well‑organized with good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Basic PC skills.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and documentation.
• Capability to work safely in a cleanroom environment.
