General Operator – Shift Work (Day/Evening/Night)

About the role

Integer Ireland Limited is seeking a General Operator to join its manufacturing team in Spiddal, Galway. The role offers flexible shift options – day, evening or night – with competitive hourly rates. You will work in a cleanroom environment, supporting lean production and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all duties assigned by the Supervisor, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Breakdown Sheets.
• Set up and operate machines, ensuring proper asset care and compliance with GMP and cleanroom standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and maintain a tidy, safe work area (5S).
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and adhere to gowning procedures.
• Support quality standards and contribute to a world‑class lean manufacturing system.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
• Physical ability to meet minimal operator demands.

Required skills

• Basic PC skills.

What we offer

• Day shift: €14.30 per hour (Mon‑Thu 7 am‑3:30 pm, Fri 7 am‑12:30 pm).
• Evening shift: €16.87 per hour (Mon‑Thu 3:30 pm‑12 am, Fri 12:30 pm‑6 pm).
• Night shift: €17.87 per hour (Sun 8 pm‑7 am, Mon‑Thu 12 am‑7 am).
