Global Learning Enablement Leader – Transcend Program

About the role

The Global Learning Enablement Leader will join the Innovative Medicine Transcend Global Change, Business Engagement and Adoption team. This senior position drives the learning strategy and delivery for the Transcend program, a company‑wide ERP transformation that consolidates multiple pharmaceutical systems into a single, modern platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch a global learning curriculum that supports the Transcend ERP rollout.
• Partner with business owners, change managers and technical teams to ensure learning content aligns with process redesign and system functionality.
• Facilitate virtual and face‑to‑face training sessions for diverse audiences across Europe and the United States.
• Monitor adoption metrics, evaluate learning effectiveness, and continuously improve the enablement approach.
• Manage a network of regional learning specialists to maintain consistency and quality of delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading learning enablement or training programs in large, complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global, multicultural teams.
• Ability to translate technical system changes into clear, actionable learning experiences.
