Graduate Architect – ArchiCAD Specialist

About the role

The studio is looking for a Graduate Architect or Architect working towards registration to join its expanding team in South Dublin. You will contribute to a varied portfolio of commercial, retail and residential projects across Ireland, taking designs from concept through to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs for commercial, retail and residential developments.
• Manage projects from planning stage through construction delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with Irish building regulations.
• Participate in on‑site activities where required.

Required profile

• RIAI or RIBA membership, or actively working towards registration.
• 3+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Planning‑to‑construction project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
