Graduate Construction Project Manager

About the role

This graduate position offers the chance to work within a leading real‑estate development and construction consultancy in Dublin. You will support senior project managers across the full lifecycle of large‑scale commercial, residential, hospitality and logistics projects, gaining hands‑on experience from feasibility studies to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project managers in tracking milestones, maintaining schedules and preparing progress reports.
• Support stakeholder communication with clients, design teams, contractors and public authorities.
• Contribute to cost control, procurement, contract administration and value‑engineering activities.
• Attend site meetings and design workshops to understand daily site dynamics and engineering challenges.
• Gain exposure to contract administration under standard forms, including employer’s representative duties.

Required profile

• Recent honours degree (Level 8 or higher) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management or a related built‑environment discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Highly motivated with a genuine interest in the commercial and strategic aspects of project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with diverse personalities.
• Any internship or placement experience with a contractor, consultancy or developer is valued, though not mandatory.
