Graduate Implementation Specialist (CMMS)

About the role
This graduate position is ideal for candidates interested in software implementation, reliability engineering, and IT project delivery. You will work directly with customers to configure and deploy an enterprise CMMS platform that supports maintenance operations and asset management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of the CMMS platform for new customers.
- Support clients during onboarding, system setup and go‑live phases.
- Deliver basic user training and provide guidance on system usage.
- Document customer workflows and system configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop knowledge of maintenance management and industry best practices.
Required profile
- Degree‑level qualification.
- Strong interest in technology and enterprise software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Interest in engineering, operations or maintenance processes.
- Full driving licence.
